BIO – VICTOR SEROUSSI

Managing Director

Victor is a serial entrepreneur who enjoys the challenge in building sustained success. Whether businesses, teams, programs or projects, he simply loves the process of building; of creating something out of nothing. He is a lifelong business professional with a track record of delivering great results. T&V Construction is Victor’s most recent challenge in growing another first-rate organization. At T&V company ethos derives from exceeding expectations, delivering quality builds and developing long-lasting partnerships both with external clients as well as our network of vendor partners. Our goal is to deliver top-notch service in the Carolinas and beyond!

Victor has gained valuable experience in a variety of industries ranging from Hospitality, Retail & Service, Telecoms, IT, Manufacturing and Construction. He brings a unique blend of academic and practical management skills, having specifically worked in warehouse and assembly line, accounting, marketing/multimedia, graphic design, operations, account management and sales. He furthered academic training and theoretical skills by completing a Master of Science Degree in Leadership & Project Management. Victor has worked internationally honing business skills in London, UK where he developed targeted microprojects for improving proprietary CRM system, of a high-growth B-2-B Telecoms supplier called XLN Telecom.

Victor’s ability to meld a wide range of skillsets has allowed him to position himself as a key point of communications between various departments, at all levels of an organization. Specifically – in relation to Construction Industry, seamlessly integrating our T&V Construction Teams into existing Client Program Teams has been a key driver to our success and sustained growth. This, along with T&V’s commitment to the highest levels of service, quality, integrity and professionalism, has set a strong foundation for future expansion.

BIO – TREVOR THOMPSON

Director of Operations

Trevor is a seasoned business professional and entrepreneur with 20+ years of experience in achieving success and results. From humble beginnings serving as a Lieutenant in the South African Military; working his way up through the South African Information Technology Industry in the late 80’s – as a Customer Engineer supporting large IT customers; transitioning to a leadership role as part of an entrepreneurial group in 2001 that started, built, scaled and sold a very successful IT company; to his current role as a Founding Partner and Director of Operations at T&V which is a rapidly growing Commercial and Residential Construction Company.

Trevor is involved with all aspects of company function including the following: Estimating, Planning and Executing a variety of programs that range from interior remodels and upfits to flipping houses. He has gained intricate industry knowledge and experience with a wide range of commercial installs that vary from installing new Target Fitting Rooms, Best Buy Fixture resets, Suit Supply Remodel & Fixture Installs to Reviewing, Planning & Executing Kohler Showroom Remodels inside of Ferguson Kitchen Bath & Lighting Showrooms throughout the East Coast of the US.

Trevor gained valuable business experience assisting with the day-to-day tasks involved in setting up a Start-Up IT company, with his main role being that of an Account Manager at several large enterprise companies within the Financial Sector; selling and delivering superior technology and service. Forming and building long-lasting relationships is a key factor in Trevor’s ongoing success as an Entrepreneur and as a Business Professional.

This has ultimately led to the current success of our company. He has a strong technical background, which enables Trevor to complete complex tasks in a timely manner with exceptional attention to detail.
