Project Scope

  • Remodel of the kitchen and the wall separating the living room 
  • Demo out the old kitchen, including taking out the existing closet 
  • Opening the wall between the kitchen and the living room 
  • Removal of the existing header beam and replacement with an engineered glulam beam 
  • Relocation of plumbing and electrical points
